Founder – Jim Blahut

If simply making things can be a passion, from the earliest memories, making ideas real has been that passion. Aligned with his natural aptitude to bring together both the vision and its application, Jim employs a different approach to home construction, as demonstrated by his version and approach to home construction of coastal communities. (Beach Haven, LBI, Long Beach Island)

Initially seeking an education in the arts and the school of architecture, his focus of study moved on to the School of Engineering and the science of structures and construction. Jim proudly graduated from (WE ARE!) Penn State University in 1997 after completing a five-year degree in Architectural Engineering (AE). Jim founded the Perennial Homes construction company in Beach Haven that same year.

For more than 25 years, Jim, his buildings and his continued interest in the community has established Perennial Homes as the premiere contractor in the Beach Haven area.
